Reservations – Regulations

Reservations can be made either directly at our offices, or by mail, phone or email. The reservation will only be final after payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay. The rest of the amount is due at the end of the stay.

Discounts – Supplements

For children accompanying their parents and staying in the same room, the reductions are as follows, it being specified that the reduction only applies if the room is occupied by two adults: Free for children under 2 years old / Child rates applying to children under 12 / Children over 12: 30% on the adult price.

Check-in

The rooms are available from 16:00 on the day of arrival. For arrivals after 22:00, please call the hotel before 20:00 to organise your check-in.

Check-out

The rooms must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. Late departure possible on request only and subject to availability: 90€.

Terms of cancellation

  • Cancellation up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date: the deposit equally 30% of the amount of the stay will be retained.
  • Cancellation less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date: 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
  • In the event of a shortened stay, the entire stay will be charged.

Promotions

On certain dates we may offer last minute promotions. These have no retroactive effect in relation to customers who have paid the normal rate. They will not be able to claim any reimbursement for the price difference.

Tourist tax

 The municipal tourist tax is currently 2 euros per adult per day.

Disputes

“In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, the latter shall endeavour to find an amicable solution. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the consumer has the possibility of making a complaint the consumer mediator with jurisdiction over the professional, namely the Association of European Mediators (AME CONSO), free of charge, within one year of the written complaint to the professional. The referral to the consumer mediator must be made:

  • either by completing the form provided for this purpose on the AME CONSO website: www.mediationconso-ame.com
