THE PORTES DU SOLEIL SKI AREA

Morzine ski holiday

The Portes du Soleil enjoys an exceptionally good snowfall, thanks to it's amazing location between Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc, with an average 7.5m of powder every year. It's one of the many reasons why we get so many guests returning to ski with us at Morzine's Hotel Champs Fleuris*** year after year!

The Portes du Soleil is one of the world's biggest linked ski areas, with 12 resorts straddling the French-Swiss border. With 650 km of groomed slopes and numerous opportunities for off-piste, you won't get bored here!

The Hotel Champs Fleuris **** Morzine is perfectly situated at the foot of the ski pistes and the Pleney gondola, with easy access to the ski area.

The Portes du Soleil ski area is fully open from the 17th December 2011 to the 22nd April 2012. Good snow conditions frequently see these dates being extended: this year many Portes du Soleil resorts opened on the 10th of December.
